No, there is no interchanging of days and nights in the Pure Land like our world. The Pure Land is a world filled with infinite light, and it is always bright - but don't worry, there is no side effect of the bright light in the Pure Land (unlike the sun in our world, which can give us skin cancer and other side effects), and one will also not feel it's intense. It will be a great soothing feeling being in the bright light of the Pure Land, manifested by Amitabha Buddha's great vows. Being in the bright light of the Pure Land will make you become enlightened and realise Buddhahood much sooner.
