Meditation For The Super Busy

Many people in this busy world may be too busy to find time to meditate. Five minutes a day seems like a luxury for some people.

So what to do in this case? There is still a way! The great thing about Amitabha meditation is that it’s so easy, and one can do it wherever.

For the super busy ones, you can still use the ten-recitation method, literally just ten recitations when you do it after waking up, literally just ten recitations in one breath:

Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo

Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo Amituofo
Then you can go on with your day. Throughout the day, whenever you can remember, you just fit the ten recitations in. For instance, while you are taking public transport, before having lunch, ten recitations; after having lunch, ten recitations. Before having dinner, ten recitations. After having dinner, ten recitations. Before bed, ten recitations, so throughout the day, if you remember to fit the ten recitations of Amituofo or Amitabha Buddha here and there, they will gradually add up, and each time it can help you reset your mind. Be mindful and positive, and think of infinite light and life to have a good mindset throughout the day.

Also, remember Nianfo can be easily integrated into your life as long as you are not doing anything that requires too much of your mental mind,  then you can practice it, so one does not necessarily need to find extra time to meditate.
