Buddha Is A Great Doctor

Buddha is like 

A great doctor

Cures our illness with

All kinds of medicine 

Whatever you are attached

Buddha can cure

Your symptoms

If you are attached to 

Permanent 

Buddha says 

Impermanent 

If you are attached to

Impermanent 

Buddha says 

Eternal 

If you are attached to

Eternal

Buddha says 

Emptiness 

If you are attached to

Emptiness 

Buddha says 

Non-emptiness 

If you are attached to

The Self

Buddha says 

Non-self

If you are attached to

Non-Self

Buddha says

The Self

Hence the Middle Path

Not falling under either side

Nor the side of the Middle Path

Buddha dharma is not mere words

All talks are simply 

Ways of convenience to

Point us to realise 

The unfathomable truth 

The Dharma is neither

This nor that

It’s both this and that

The Buddha-Nature

Is neither this nor that

It’s both this and that 

Inconceivable

Unfathomable 

Limitations of 

the human language 

And the mind of duality

Not easy to understand indeed

Drop all your attachment 

And separation 

Simply perceive things as they are

No judgement 

No identification 

Neither this nor that

Both this and that

You will see 

The Buddha-nature 

In all things and all beings
